  • Seafood Raw Bar Served on ice with jumbo shrimp, little neck clams & blue point oysters – $18+ per guest

  • Chef’s Sushi Station – Skilled Sushi Chefs Presenting a Selection of Sushi & Sashimi created a la minute for your guests’ entertainment & enjoyment – $1,500+ chef fee plus $10+ per guest
  • Caviar & Vodka Station-  Elaborate station with a variety of imported vodkas on ice, served with imported & American caviars, toast points, & the traditional accompaniments – $10+ per guest
  • Château Dessert Stations – Viennese Dessert Table – Our own famous dessert table, a decadent display of sweets & desserts. Includes freshly made Belgian waffles, chocolate immersion station, zeppole’s with Oreos, crème brûlée made to order, cookies, miniature French & Italian pastries, bananas foster, gelato station, cannoli’s, fresh fruit and international coffee cart – $18+ per guest.
  • Gourmet Passed Desserts with Pedestal Pastries – Gourmet desserts passed throughout the ballroom with pedestal petit fours pastries tableside and international coffee cart – $10+ per guest
  • Lighting Package –  LED lighting in the ballroom floor and ceilings to enhance the color of the room – $1,500+ Access to video screens for montages or same day edits, total of three TVs that drop down – $350+
  • Full After Party Package* – includes use of Cocktail Room/Veranda or Wine Room/Library for one-hour overtime with full bar, cordials, and a late night “Diner Menu” featuring pork roll, egg & cheese sandwiches and our Jersey Boardwalk Station consisting of mini burgers, hot dogs, onion rings & French fries – $4,500+
